Hindavi Swarajya Mavla Pratishthan is a grassroots non-profit organization committed to empowering underserved communities through skill development, education, and sustainable livelihood initiatives. Established in 2017 and headquartered in Jalna, Maharashtra, the organization focuses on equipping rural youth and women with market-relevant skills to build self-reliant and economically stable communities.
Guided by the leadership of Mr. Vedant Khaire, Hindavi Swarajya Mavla Pratishthan has evolved into a trusted change-maker in the region, bridging the gap between education and employment. Our initiatives align with the Government of India’s Skill India Mission, offering vocational training across diverse sectors including finance, healthcare, hospitality, automotive, and electrical trades.
Over the years, the NGO has expanded its impact through meaningful collaborations with corporate CSR programs, local partners, and government agencies. Each intervention is designed not just to uplift individuals, but to foster lasting transformation within entire communities.
To build a self-reliant and empowered society where every individual has the opportunity to realize their full potential through skill, education, and opportunity.
To create inclusive and sustainable development pathways for marginalized communities by delivering high-quality skill development programs, promoting education, and generating livelihood opportunities that lead to long-term socio-economic upliftment.

Collaboration
We actively seek partnerships with corporates, government bodies, and fellow NGOs to amplify impact and scale meaningful change.
